All-in-One Reviews

All-in-One Reviews

All-in-One Reviews is a local, source-selected presentation for reviews the operator has the right to display. Its initial production input is the existing first-party Testimonials library. Creating this widget does not connect a provider, scrape a website, or broaden any source's rights.

Initial workflow

  1. Add or import first-party testimonials under Reviews and confirm display rights.
  2. Create an All-in-One Reviews widget.
  3. In Reviews → Widget source assignments, select one or more manual testimonial sources.
  4. Choose the five-point-equivalent minimum, per-source summaries, and first-party Helpful setting in the builder, then publish.

Only the selected active sources are considered. A saved source that later becomes paused, loses valid policy authority, or no longer meets the first-party rights contract is excluded at query time. Review administration identifies blocked saved assignments and saving the eligible selection removes them.

Presentation and pagination

  • Every source has a visible label and safe attribution link when one exists.
  • Reviews are further segmented by their native rating scale. A 4/5 review and an 8/10 review retain those exact values and never become one displayed average.
  • The minimum setting is a five-point-equivalent threshold. It is applied only when the source's exact policy permits local curation; the notice tells visitors that limitation.
  • A summary is calculated separately for each source-and-scale segment from reviews shown on the current page. It is not a complete-source count or a blended provider rating.
  • Public pagination is global and bounded to 100 reviews per page. Source ordering is deterministic, so a source may appear on one page and not another.
  • Helpful counts and actions are DynoStatic-local. They are offered for eligible first-party reviews only under the current contract.

Connector admission boundary

A connected source is not admitted because a database row says it is mixable. Admission requires the source to match the current code-owned policy of an installed reviewed adapter, use durable permitted storage, and explicitly allow mixing. A corrupt, stale, temporary, unregistered, or non-mixable policy fails closed.

The neutral connector policy currently has no distinct capabilities for computed summaries or DynoStatic-local Helpful reactions. canCurate cannot substitute for either permission. Consequently, an otherwise eligible future connector segment may display and may receive its permitted threshold behavior, but its summary and Helpful controls remain off until those separate capabilities are deliberately designed and reviewed.

Google Business Profile is an independent hard exclusion. Google content is never selected, mixed, queried, summarized, filtered, or given local Helpful actions through All-in-One Reviews, even if stored policy bytes or a stale source assignment are forged. Google remains available only through its isolated provider surface after its own readiness requirements are met.
